肝氣旺脾胃差 清明節3茶飲養生

清明節(4/5)即將到來,此時氣溫上升,雨水豐沛,開業中醫師田宜民表示,清明是一個重要的養生節氣,此時適合補養肝腎調理腸胃,且人的體內肝氣在清明時最旺,如果肝氣過旺,會對脾胃產生不良影響,不只會妨礙正常消化道吸收,還易造成情緒失調、氣血運行不暢,進而引發各種疾病。此時,可用3道茶飲調理預防。
第1種為枸杞菊花茶,適合有面紅、身熱、口乾便祕、口臭、眼睛泛紅等症狀的燥熱體質者,可養肝降火氣;若是腸胃功能不佳、易脹氣、排便稀軟、精神不濟、食欲不振的脾胃虛寒者,則可服用陳皮白朮飲來調整腸胃功能;第3種為柴胡玫瑰茶,可緩解情緒憂鬱或易怒、焦慮、失眠、疲倦等脾胃虛寒的症狀,疏肝解鬱寧心安神。


以下3道茶飲作法皆相同,將材料加800c.c.的水,以中大火煮沸,放溫去渣飲用即可。


【枸杞菊花茶】

適合對象:面紅、身熱、口乾便祕 、口臭、眼睛泛紅等燥熱體質者
材料:菊花4錢、枸杞2錢、去籽紅棗3錢
功效:菊花明目、解熱,枸杞補肝血,紅棗補血健脾養胃



【陳皮白朮飲】

適合對象:易脹氣、排便稀軟、精神不濟、食欲不振的脾胃虛寒者
材料:陳皮3錢、藿香2錢、白朮3錢、黨參3錢
功效:陳皮促腸胃蠕動,藿香祛濕,白朮健脾養胃,黨參補氣



【柴胡玫瑰茶】

適合對象:情緒憂鬱、易怒、焦慮、失眠、疲倦等脾胃虛寒者
材料:柴胡1錢、玫瑰花3朵、百合3錢、甘草2錢
功效:柴胡與玫瑰花皆可解肝鬱,百合寧心安神潤肺,甘草補脾胃
