嗑甜食 精神 免疫都變差

工作壓力大,不少人吃甜點紓壓,但台安醫院營養師劉怡里表示,壓力與甜食的精緻醣類皆加速維生素B群消耗,不僅更勞累且降低身體免疫力,提醒民眾選擇優質營養來源,如菇類、深色蔬菜或海鮮等,增加免疫力。報導╱王璐華 攝影╱吳朝奎
從飲食提升免疫力,除均衡攝取各類飲食外,可選較優質營養來源,補充合成抗體所需的維生素B群與鋅等;另外,心理壓力也會降低身體免疫功能,提升染病機率,再加上熬夜喝咖啡、或是吃甜食等紓壓等習慣,將加速維生素B群流失,更容易感到疲憊、虛弱,宜避免。
